2015 Wesak Day Celebration

Dear Dhamma Friends,
We invite you to celebrate Wesak, thrice Holy Day to commemorate the Birth, Enlightenment and Parinibbana of the Buddha with us at Kuching Buddhist Society
The Wesak Eve Buddha Puja, 8pm 2 May 2015 , will be conducted by members of the Sangha.
You can participate in a very noble act, this Wesak – offering of robes and requisites to the Sangha. You can also sponsor lights, symbolic dispelling the darkness of ignorance and do Circumambulation of Holy Objects on this auspicious occasion.
On Wesak Day, 3 May, Venerable monks will be at the Prajna Hall to bless devotees( tying of holy strings) and to accept offerings of robes and requisites.
By the grace of your meritorious deeds,
may you be blessed with good health, fulfilment and happiness,
may you be blessed with strength and peace,
may you be blessed with the Protection of the Triple Gem
May all beings be well and happy

The Dhamma Heals- New Year Buddha Puja

“ The Dhamma Heals” for English-speaking Buddhists.
The 2015 New Year Buddha Puja will feature regular lamps offering, Pali chanting and the new Circumbulating the Holy Objects (which would be merely tokens that represent actual Relics of the Buddha). Through mindfully engaging mind-body in these rituals, we hope to harness the mind power to actualize our potentials, pacifying future hindrances and bring happiness to ourselves, others and the world.
